Also known as “The Chronically Resilient OT”, Rebecca is a New Zealand based OT with lived experience of Autism, ADHD, chronic and mental illnesses. She is passionate about the power of meaningful occupations to improve people's lives. She believes it's vital to learn more about the unique ways each person interacts with the world, recognising strengths and abilities, as well as, the areas requiring support or accommodations. Life is about working through the hard stuff, finding the moments of joy, celebrating big and little wins, building resilience and strength, while balancing self-compassion and rest.
