WorkPlacePLUS Webinar:Fostering Psychosocial Safety When Managing Change in Your OT Practice

WorkPlacePLUS Webinar:Fostering Psychosocial Safety When Managing Change in Your OT Practice

Program Overview

Workplace change is part of running a dynamic, responsive practice, whether it’s driven by external factors like funding or legislation, or by internal goals to grow, restructure or improve services. But without careful planning and communication, even well-intended change can have unintended consequences on staff wellbeing and performance.

This webinar will explore how to manage change in a way that supports psychological safety and maintains a healthy, engaged workforce. You’ll gain practical insights into common change scenarios in occupational therapy settings, the risks associated with poorly managed change, and how to apply best practice strategies to lead your team through transition smoothly and successfully.

This webinar will cover:

  • An overview of psychosocial safety in the workplace

  • Common change scenarios and their impact on staff

  • Risks associated with poor change management

  • Best practice tips for managing change in your practice

Whether you’re planning changes now or want to be better prepared for the future, this session will help you build a safer, more resilient work environment for your team.

There will be an opportunity for Q&A after the main presentation.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This webinar will be relevant to OT private practices with employees or contractors who may be impacted by workplace changes.
