OVERVIEW
This is a group to:
- Discuss professional standards and guidelines for practice relevant to the field.
- Develop resources that will assist new therapists moving into the field of medicolegal work and
- Provide evidence based training for expert therapists providing medicolegal reports that are consistent with the occupational therapy philosophy and ethics as well as the Expert Witness Code of Conduct relevant for each state.

Dillon is a co-convenor of our Mental Health Interest group, PhD candidate and Mental Health Occupational Therapist based in South Australia, currently undertaking doctoral research at the University of South Australia focused on improving daily living functioning for individuals diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. With over five years of clinical experience across public and private sectors, Dillon has worked extensively in rural and metropolitan mental health settings, delivering care coordination, crisis intervention, and psychosocial rehabilitation. His private practice work includes functional capacity assessments and therapeutic interventions for NDIS participants. Passionate about bridging research and practice, [Your Name] brings a deep commitment to enhancing service delivery for people with complex mental health needs, particularly in underserved communities.
