Rhiannon Crispe
Presenter
Rhiannon Crispe is an Occupational Therapist, filmmaker, podcaster, mum, wife, sun-chaser and ocean-lover. In 2020, she founded The OT Lifestyle Movement to help occupational therapists align their work with their passions and purpose. She is the host of The OT Lifestyle Movement podcast, where she connects with OTs worldwide, exploring the depth, diversity and true potential of the profession. Rhiannon is the co-creator of The Burn In Model, a transformative model built on the metaphor of a fire, guiding people to tend their inner flame and live in alignment with who they are, what they do and what they are connected to. She is also the filmmaker behind Finding Me In OT, a documentary capturing her own journey of rediscovery in the profession, and the editor of The OT Collective, a global collection of OT voices inspiring change. With over 16 years of experience as an OT, Rhiannon has built her own private practice and travelled across Australia – from the heart of the desert to quiet coastal towns – working closely with families to meet their unique occupational needs.
