MEETING DETAILS

TOPIC:

Diversifying Income Through Third-Party Funders

If you've ever felt overexposed to a single funding stream, this session is for you. Javier will share how Intrinsic Health Group built a resilient private practice by strategically working across a variety of third-party funders—Aged Care, DVA, WorkCover, Medicare, private health, NIISQ and NDIS. Learn how to manage the compliance requirements of multiple funding bodies, onboard staff efficiently, and set up systems that allow you to grow without collapsing under red tape.
