OVERVIEW:

The aim of the Supervision & Coaching group is to connect OT's nationally who have an interest in these essential areas of OT practice. As a group we hope to explore OT supervision practices, frameworks, delivery, and experiences, as well explore how OT's are applying Coaching practices and approaches.  We are passionate about supporting OT's to flourish and thrive as practitioners, and to connect as a community, collectively building skills and sharing essential resources around supportive supervision and coaching practices.

Welcome to the renewed Supervision and Coaching group! Development of shared definitions and discussion of different models and approaches in Supervision and Coaching. (Attendees are welcome to review OTA's updated website information and supervision framework for discussion.)
