Practice Efficiencies
This is an active sharing session requiring all members to come prepared for peer learning opportunities. Members are not expected to necessarily have input on all topics.
The topics for discussion include:

• Tips for efficiencies: software, strategies, templates, processes
• Service delivery: costing of services, outcome measures used, assessing functional demands, repot writing
• Risks associated with our work – and possible solutions
• AI – how are people using this in practice?
• How to communicate the importance of OT in the workplace, advocating for the profession
