Leanne Hopkins is an occupational therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, families, and therapists across health, education, and private sectors. She is the founder of Succeed Healthcare Solutions, a Queensland-based paediatric therapy service delivering club-based, functional, and goal-focused interventions in clinic, community, and telehealth settings. Leanne is the co-convenor of the QLD Paediatric OT SIG and the coordinator of the Moreton Bay “Collaborate2Innovate” Mental Health Professionals (MHPN) Network. She is passionate about creating sustainable therapy models that support both client outcomes and clinician wellbeing. Through her second business, Succeed Practice Management, she also supports other allied health professionals to streamline operations and reduce burnout through offshore outsourcing, systems development, and strategic leadership.

Tara Rossow

Senior Occupational Therapist | Co-Convenor, OTA QLD Paediatric Special Interest Group | Founder, Look Hear Australia Tara Rossow is a Senior Occupational Therapist with extensive paediatric experience supporting children, families, and educational teams across Australia and the United Kingdom. Since graduating from James Cook University in 2012, Tara has worked in private practice, state and national health services, secure mental health facilities, and school and community-based roles. Tara is deeply committed to helping children with sensory, neurodevelopmental, mental health, and complex needs thrive. Her therapy philosophy is rooted in the belief that “It’s not hard to make it easy”—an approach that centres on practical, family-empowering strategies that work in real life. Tara is the founder of Look Hear Australia, a paediatric occupational therapy service delivering NDIS-funded support across North Queensland. She is known for her warm, neuro-affirming approach and her drive to help families feel confident and capable in supporting their child’s needs. Tara also works for one of the prominent NDIS providers in Australia, Therapy Pro (part of the Australian Health and Therapy Group). In addition to her clinical work, Tara is the Co-Convenor of the Occupational Therapy Australia (OTA) QLD Paediatric Special Interest Group. She is also a co-authored of the OTA publication, Occupational Therapy Guide to Good Practice: Working with Children (2016). Tara has recently presented on behalf of the STAR Institute for Sensory Processing (Denver, Colorado, USA), discussing sensory processing, regulation and relationship. Her experience spans the NDIS, the NHS, and diverse multidisciplinary settings, and she continues to champion therapy approaches that are evidence-based, sustainable, and empowering for families.
