Annual General Meetings
Occupational Therapy Australia are inviting members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the 2024/25 year. This will be hosted as a virtual event, enabling access for all members to engage in this important meeting.
The AGM will be held on Thursday 20 November 2025 and will run for approximately one hour. The session times for each time zones are as follows:
Perth (AWST) - 10.00am
Darwin (ACST) – 11:30am
Brisbane (AEST) – 12:00pm
Adelaide (ACDT) – 12:30pm
Melbourne, Sydney, Hobart, Canberra (AEDT) – 1:00pm
The papers for the meeting, including the agenda, approved Minutes of the previous AGM and the Financial Statement for year ending 30 June 2025 are available as downloads below.
Given the use of a virtual platform for this meeting, OTA will respond to questions that are lodged through this form: Questions form before 5:00pm AEDT on Friday 14 November to enable a comprehensive response to be provided at the AGM.
Should further questions be asked at the AGM, these will be taken on notice and answers will be uploaded onto the AGM webpage within 2 weeks of the AGM.

Appointment of Proxies
A Voting member may appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote at a AGM on the Voting Member’s behalf. Nomination of a proxy must comply with the constitution. Forms of proxy must be lodged via email to info@otaus.com.au by 5.00pm (AEDT) Friday 14 November 2025.
