1. Promoter

The promoter is Occupational Therapy Australia Ltd (OTA), located at 5/340 Gore Street Fitzroy VIC 3065.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 14 May 2025 to 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2025.

3. Eligibility

This competition is open to:

• New Graduate (Y1) occupational therapists who have not yet joined OTA as New Graduate members during the campaign period.

• Lapsed OTA members who do not have a current OTA membership.

• Entrants must be Australian residents and 18 years or older.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, eligible participants must:

• Join or reinstate their OTA membership between 14 May and 30 June 2025 in any Membership category:

  • Full Time

  • Part Time

  • New Graduate

• Provide a valid email address at the time of joining or reinstating.

  • One entry per eligible member. No additional steps are required to enter.

5. Prize

• Each winner (two (2) in total) will receive one (1) x $400 CPD voucher, redeemable for professional development through OTA’s CPD Library.

• The voucher is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• The voucher must be used by 30 June 2026, unless otherwise specified.

• It is valid for CPD products sold directly by OTA and excludes third-party events, subscriptions, or memberships.

6. Number of Winners

Two (2) winners will be drawn — one from each eligible audience segment."

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries by 7 July 2025 at OTA’s head office. The draw will be conducted by OTA staff.

8. Notification

Winners will be contacted by email within five (5) business days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, OTA reserves the right to redraw.

9. Privacy

All personal information will be handled in accordance with OTA’s Privacy Policy and used solely for administering this competition.

10. General

• OTA reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

• OTA accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
