Learn from one of Australia’s most respected allied health leaders
Adjunct Associate Professor Donna Markham OAM knows leadership – and how to grow it.
A registered OT with more than two decades of experience across healthcare, disability, and community sectors, Donna has served as Victorian Chief Allied Health Officer and is currently Chief Allied Health Officer for the Statewide Equipment Program.
Her warm, story-driven approach creates a 'safe but stretching' environment where OTs can explore who they are, challenge assumptions, and step into authentic, courageous leadership.

Kate is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of extensive experience in the disability, health, and social sectors.

Paul Marsh
Paul is an experienced leader in workplace risk management, rehabilitation, and governance, with more than 20 years of experience supporting employers to navigate complex workers’ compensation systems.

Pearse Fay is a lecturer in Occupational Therapy at Deakin University, where he’s all about making learning engaging and practical for students.
