Review of the Disability Support Pension Impairment Tables

The Department of Social Services are conducting a review of the Tables for the Assessment of Work-related Impairment for the Disability Support Pension (DSP). The Impairment Tables are used to determine eligibility for the DSP by assessing how a person’s functional impairment affects their ability to work. The opportunity to provide comments and feedback on the functioning of the current impairment tables is available to all interested Peak Body and stakeholder groups, medical and allied health professional groups and member of the public.

Consultation will close on 31st July 2021. More information about the background and scope of the review can be found in the Impairment Tables Review Issues Paper. You can provide your feedback by completing the guided questionnaire.
